All artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

• UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days after payment.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–21 working days after payment, depending on the destination.

• International shipments are sent unframed and removed from the stretcher, carefully rolled and securely packed in a protective tube for safe transit.

• If you wish to receive the artwork in its original frame or stretcher, this can be arranged by request and will incur additional shipping costs.

• Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

• Please allow additional time during busy periods or for unforeseen postal delays.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos of the item and packaging.

• Refunds are processed once the artwork has been returned and inspected.

• Custom or commissioned work is non-refundable.

• Purchase of a physical artwork does not grant reproduction, commercial, or digital usage rights.

• Colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings or lighting during photography.
